Super healthy dinner for the entire family with clean and lean bison protein and salad full of flavor! Change up your meats by bringing a different high quality protein in your diet such as bison!
This is a super easy and fast meal! Salad - 7 minutes, and bison patties are about 15 min from start to finish!
Ingredients and Preparation:
Lorn's Bison Patties - Lorn uses 1 lb of bison which is perfect for our family of 4, splash of raw apple cider vinegar, meet flavoring spices of your choice and sea salt. Mix all ingredients up and throw on the grill for a few minutes!
Tomato Mozzarella Salad - on of my favorites:
- purple onion
- finely chopped home grown basil from our garden
- olive oil
- balsamic vinegar
- any salad spices you wish to throw in
