Love this healthy homemade chips snack - easy to make, healthy, filling and tasty! ✉ RECIPE: In a processor mix half a cup of water, 2 bananas, 2 dates and 1/3 tsp of sea salt. Add a cup of flax seeds, half a cup of chia and 1/3 of pumpkin seeds. Let it mix for half a minute. Spread a thing layer on the trays and put into dehydrator overnight at 105 degrees.
Depending on the day, I also use sesame seeds and alternate with seed proportions to achieve different flavors. Bon Appetite!
