This dish took 12 minutes to make while helping my older daughter with her math homework.
Ingredients and Preparation:
- Brussels Sprouts sliced in 3 parts and sauteed with olive oil till slightly brown, but still crunchy
- Sauce on top: 3 large spoons of Sour Cream and Water in 2:1 ratio ; your favorite herbal spice - my choice was Trader Joe's 21 Spice Seasoning Salute (use whatever mix you've got!), Lemon Juice (1 lemon), Sea Salt, 1 garlic clove finely chopped - mix it all up in a pan on a slow heat till starts boiling and sauce is done
- Place the Brussels on the plate, pour the sauce over and put a couple of lemon twists and sprinkle very finely chopped parsley to garnish your healthy dish - Bon Appetite!
