RECIPE and PREPARATION:
Cut jalapeno peppers in halves and take the seeds out. Saute jalapenos in olive oil slowly till they brown up a bit but still remain crunchy - this way peppers won't be too spicy anymore, but will still have a nice kick! Add chunks of cream cheese, chickpeas and saute for another 2 minutes. Sprinkle sea salt and dulse and add a hard boiled egg if you wish! This is an awesome breakfast that will warm you up and charge you for a long day! It has a full spectrum of minerals and nutrients!
