Ingredients: one can of organic chic peas, 3 tb spoons of organic Tahini, juice from 4 lemons, 1 tea spoon of salt, clove of garlic, 2 tb spoons of olive oil.
Preparation: put all the ingredients in a processor and turn it on!
Serve with your favorite veggies. My choices are an Egyptian pyramid of cucumbers, a bunch of carrots and colorful bell peppers slices snack size. When serving hummus make sure to sprinkle finely chopped parsley or any other greens, 2 tb spoons of olive oil, pine nuts if you have any.
