Jalapeno poppers for breakfast are FANTASTIC!!! Fatty, good protein and a bit spicy - Jalapeno peppers stuffed with cream cheese and wrapped in bacon are a great breakfast and a super charge for a long day!!! This dish is one of my hubbies' favorites! Just check out the face to the left!
- I use a pack of bacon. Take the bacon from the pack and lightly stretch it; then cut bacon in half.
- Make sure to have disposable gloves - for me gloves are a must or my hands get set on fire for days. Cut Jalapenos in half and take seeds out. Peppers are ready to be stuffed!
- Take a butter knife and put a slice of cream cheese into each half Jalapeno and wrap it into half bacon piece and put cream cheese side down into a tray.
- When tray is full - bake the dish at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes and then turn all Jalapenos upside down,then bake it for another 15-20 minutes and Jalapeno Poppers are done! Bon Appetite!
