Ingredients and Preparation:
In s a small bowl mix sesame, chia and flax seeds.
Dip fresh raw tuna cut in 1/2-1/3 inch slices into a your choice of clean teriyaki sauce and dip both sides of each tuna slice info the seed mix. Add a splash of olive oil to a pan and sear tuna for 15-20 seconds on each side -tuna is done! Combine remaining seeds and teriyaki sauce and a pinch of salt, saute the sugar snap peas for a minute and serve!
