We all know at this point that Vitamin D is extremely important for your health but I thought a would share this Population-based study and Meta-analysis to once again reiterate the importance of vitamin d. If you're not getting much sunlight then you should be supplementing with Vitamin D. Get your levels checked because you just don’t know where it may be at. I have seen patients who are supplementing and Vitamin D and are still low.
